I've lost my launch code. How do I get a new one?

It's okay, it happens to the best of us. If you purchased from our website, just go to your profile then login with the email/phone number you used before. If you purchased from a third party, use your purchase confirmation email to redeem your unique 7 or 8-digit launch code from their site or app. Launch codes can be entered on our Redeem page from your smartphone when you and your teammates are ready to begin your hunt.
